Personalised Embroidered Orders

All orders placed on the website are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Club /Team logo or a embroidered or printed name and logo- therefore they are non returnable .Tylers will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves. If you are unsure of sizing please call the Tylers office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service

IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE ! We do not exchange or refund items which have been personalised or initialled if they do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered .If you are in any doubt over the size of product you need to order please contact the office and we can either send garments out to try on for size , or measure garments .

This applies to ALL items with a personalised customer name or stock design with names.
