All orders placed on the website are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Club /Team logo or a embroidered or printed name and
All orders placed on the British Dressage Regional Webshop are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Regional logo or a name - therefore they are non returnable .Tyler's will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves.
We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the British Dressage Regional Webshop .
If you are unsure of sizing please call the Tyler's office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service

We do not exchange or refund items which do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered .If you are in any doubt over the size of product you need to order please contact the office and we can either send garments out to try on for size , or measure garments .
