Tylers has a privacy policy in accordance with the data protection act 1998. We aim to safeguard the privacy of all our users while providing a high quality of personal customer service.

Our systems collect your name, address and buying information at the time you make an order. We will process your order in the best possible way and once an order is complete, your payment details are shredded. We will NEVER pass your details to a third party unless you have specifically authorised us to do so.

We do not send out unsolicited e-mail. We only send e-mails to people who have opted to receive our newsletter or have bought from us in the past, advising them of special offers and new products. If you wish to be removed from our listings please contact us immediately and we will remove you from the list within 48 hours.



PLEASE NOTE ! We do not exchange or refund items which have been personalised or initialled if they do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered .If you are in any doubt over the size of product you need to order please contact the office and we can either send garments out to try on for size , or measure garments .

This applies to ALL items with a personalised customer name or stock design with names.
