Your order contains no items
All orders placed on the web shops are bespoke items once they have been embroidered - therefore they are non returnable .Tyler's will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves.
We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the website .
If you are unsure of sizing please call the Tyler's office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service

Dear Customers We do not exchange or refund items which have been personalised or initialled if they do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered .If you are in any doubt over the size of product you need to order please contact the office and we can either send garments out to try on for size , or measure garments .
This applies to ALL items bought from one of the many webshops or items which are bought through the website which are personalised with a stock design , name or horses name.
